Olá,
I am Daniela Brasil, an artist, curator, and educator based in Graz, Austria. I am also a transdisciplinary researcher with a background in critical spatial practices and decolonial feminisms.
My work engages with questions of urban transformation, migration and socio-ecological justice. I am particularly interested in (un)learning, regenerative practices that challenge dominant epistemologies and support collective repair and transformation… towards the pluriverse.
I have university teaching experience at the intersection of contemporary art, cultural anthropology, and urban studies, as well as in informal learning settings for children and youth.
My artistic projects are often collaborative and situated, bridging artistic methods with community-based inquiry and experimental pedagogy. I seek to contribute to learning and exhibiting environments that value critical thinking, practice-based research, and co-creative, open-ended processes.
